Finding the right mentor is crucial as they provide valuable guidance, skill development, and networking opportunities, which can significantly accelerate your personal and professional growth. A good mentor offers perspective, support, and accountability, helping you to navigate challenges and stay motivated. Additionally, a mentor serves as a role model and builds your confidence, offering a personalised and long-term relationship that fosters continuous development.

We recommend completing your mentoring cycle in approximately 1 month, having set specific goals but it is up to you and your mentor depending on both participants’ purpose and availability. Please note that mentors volunteer their personal time and might not be immediately available upon request. We ask for your understanding. We always try to start your mentoring cycle within one month of your application.
